In collaboration with Luca Porretto, one of Bologna's most renowned pastry chefs, Essse Caffè has reinvented the Italian Christmas classic in a modern, gourmet version.

This delicious panettone features a unique combination of two doughs:

The inner pastry is made with cocoa mass, semi-confit apricots and dark chocolate chips, offering a harmonious balance of bitterness, freshness and crunch.
The outer paste follows a traditional recipe, with an intense taste of Madagascar vanilla and candied orange.
The whole is sublimated by a pistachio cream glaze, enriched with a touch of ginger. A perfect blend of refined ingredients for a delicious, festive taste experience.
