DERSUT Marrone Espresso 1kg

Blend ratio: 20% Arabica beans / 80% Robusta beans.

The Marrone presents itself, as the name suggests, in an intense dark brown in the cup. Aromas of chocolate and cocoa make it a real storybook espresso.

The strong blend ratio with the high proportion of Robusta is more than unusual for northern Italy and makes the espresso something very special for its region. The robusta beans bring a proper caffeine kick. The challenge for the roaster is to make the espresso aromatic, creamy and delicious despite all the intensity. Dersut has masterfully achieved this. An overwhelming and complex variety of flavors awaits you, as can only be found in very few coffees with such a high Robusta content.

LA GENOVESE Oro 1kg

Blend ratio: 80% Arabica beans / 20% Robusta beans.

With this high-quality creation, you get an Espresso Italiano certified coffee. This means that the beans are processed according to high specifications and strictly defined standards. The Oro is roasted gently, separately and medium strength. This gives it a wonderfully aromatic and chocolaty fragrance.

The La Genovese presents itself full-bodied and low in acidity with fine nuances of bread and hazelnut as well as a fine, almost creamy crema. It is also characterized by its low acidity. This espresso succeeds both when prepared with a portafilter machine and with a fully automatic machine. The relatively low caffeine content of only 1.10% to 1.30% makes it the perfect companion at any time of day.

FILICORI ZECCHINI Espresso Blend 1kg

Blend ratio: 70% Arabica beans / 30% Robusta beans.

The Arabicas come from Brazil and the Robustas are cultivated in India. The result of the gentle drum roasting is a medium-bodied espresso that is rounded to the utmost. Each component is perfectly matched to each other. A true masterpiece of the roasting art of the traditional roaster Filicori in Bologna.
