It is not only the relationship between Robusta and Arabica beans that is decisive. A blend is influenced above all by the clever selection and combination within these two varieties. Each Arabica variety brings a different nuance and strength to the blend. The selection of these flavors, the roasting profile adapted to the variety and the relationship between the varieties are the key to the success of a Miscela d´oro.

The result is a complex espresso coffee, nuanced, clear in expression and with a sparkling fruitiness. In the aftertaste, it is chocolaty and bitter.

The low addition of 10% Robusta beans gives this extremely fine espresso coffee a fine, nutty crema.
