The 4th variety of the Drago Mocambo roaster is impressive for its versatility.

Slow roasting in a low-temperature roaster makes AROMA Mocambo particularly light and low in acidity.

Important for optimum results: set the grind level on your grinder or automatic coffee machine so that the brewing time is around 30 to 38 seconds. Taste the coffee and adjust again until you are completely satisfied with the result. The result is a wonderful long drink that can be enjoyed at any time of day thanks to its low caffeine content.

For a classic espresso, adjust the grind to reduce the time it takes for the hot water to run off considerably.
