The Bocs - a pure Arabica blend like no other.

Franco Mondi is a master roaster and son of the founder of Mondicaffè. He has put all his years of experience and knowledge into this unique blend.

The green beans come directly from small plantations. Six high quality varieties are harmoniously combined in this blend.

Very smooth texture of the crema. Long and persistent aftertaste. Soft and delicate.

Roasting :
Medium roast. Very uniform aspect of the beans with a regular brown colour. No broken beans. The Arabica beans are roasted slowly and gently, variety by variety, at temperatures between 200 and 220 degrees, before being assembled into a balanced blend. The individual roasting process ensures that the best possible taste is achieved.

No wonder Mondicaffè The Bocs is currently the number one in our office. Excellent in both automatic coffee machines and espresso machines.
