For this special espresso, Filicori Zecchini uses only the best Arabica and Robusta beans from organic farming. These are sourced from plantations and local communities in Mexico, Brazil and India. With a focus on environmental protection and respect for nature, quality beans have been successfully grown there for decades. Paired with the special roasting art of Filicori, this results in an espresso that not only benefits the environment but also your palate.

Traditionally, each origin is roasted separately to protect the respective taste profile of the country. In this way, each bean is blended to the maximum. The result is a medium-dark roast with balanced aromas. After the preparation, the first thing you notice is the thick crema, which is due to the noble Robustas beans. You take the first sip and - wow...a real treat for the palate. In the finish, a wood-like aroma comes to the fore, which does not taste bitter at all. One feels closely connected to nature.
