The Filicori Zecchini Kavè is one of the richest blends of the house. The strongly roasted beans give the Kavè a full-bodied taste with the finest notes of milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut. The slightly sweet roast is not particularly tart but has a long-lasting aftertaste reminiscent of milk cream.

In order to be able to supply a product with the same quality and taste all year round, Filicori Zecchini has been sourcing its special beans from the same coffee farmers for several decades. Moreover, each variety in the blend receives its own specific care and roasting duration.
With the right craftsmanship, a true masterpiece is created. This espresso deserves the demanding certificate of the "Italian Espresso National Institute".

In 2014, Espresso Kavè was awarded the gold medal at the international coffee tasting by the Institute of coffee tasting.

TRE FORZE! were the first roasters to rediscover the roasting process over olive tree wood in Sicily.

The olive wood has been stored in a dry place for at least 12 months and comes from the olive groves around Etna, thanks to the lava soil on which the olive trees grow and flourish, it contains fertile substances that enrich the olive wood with minerals and give it a unique smell when burned. The direct contact of the flame with the beans results in a special, unmistakable espresso experience..

The perfect blend: Quality and care TRE FORZE! only uses carefully selected premium beans from the best highland regions of the world. The blend is a secret. A small share of high-quality Robusta beans refine the top-rated Arabica beans.

The Nonplusultra from DERSUT is already a small miracle!

Initially, we were skeptical, because the roastery in Germany is still relatively unknown and the price in the very high segment. The skepticism has then dissolved into thin air after opening the package and the first sip.

Thick with an amazing crema for a 100% Arabica, the espresso flows into the cup in a rich mahogany brown. The excellent aroma confidently marries fruity notes such as apple, berries and citrus with toffee, vanilla and cocoa flavors. On the palate, the Non-Plus Ultra Blend is full-bodied, harmonious and impresses with perfect harmony between roasted and fruity notes.

The original bean picture shown here shows a homogeneous roasting result. Of course, all varieties contained are processed separately.

Thanks to its outstanding quality, Dersut Caffè Non Plus Ultra has been certified as Espresso Italiano by the INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). The Institute protects and promotes the genuine espresso and has been doing so since 1998.

In 2016, the high quality and unique taste was awarded the gold medal at the "International Coffee Tasting".
