Since 1999 the Caffè is now owned by the Ricci brothers – Raimondo and Roberto carry on the tradition, selecting the best coffee varieties and offering a range of products prepared with a legendary secret blend. It is located in Piazza Sant’Eustachio – between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, in the heart of historic Rome. They have kept up the tradition of serving the highest quality product to their customers. Sant'Eustachio Il Caffè is an ancient Coffee Shop and Roaster founded in 1938. When it opened in 1938, it looked extremely modern – thanks to its new, innovative furniture, on the site of another café called “ Caffè e Latte” which means Coffee and Milk. Sant’Eustachio Caffè  roasts their raw beans on the premises. The blend they use is a mixture of organic and fair-trade coffee beans, 100% Arabica which they import directly from small cooperatives in South America whose business philosophy is slow food.
