All the coffee beans used come 100% from the tropical rainforest mountain regions of Ethiopia and are hand-picked in the country, gently roasted using the Italian method and packaged.

CO2 consumption during transport to Europe is also reduced, as the coffee already loses up to 25% of its weight during roasting in the country of cultivation.
