Marziali Caffè Ristobar
250g whole espresso beans
Mixing ratio: 60% Arabica / 40% Robusta
Over 100 years of roasting experience that you can taste.
The Espresso Ristobar from Marziali Caffè is a masterpiece of the Italian art of roasting. It combines an extremely full body with complex aromas of dried fruits and dark chocolate. These sweet aromas are flanked by slightly spicy nuances, which ensure a real taste explosion on the palate.
Varieties used (7): Arabicas - Brazil Santos Cerrado Dulce (Natural), Ethiopia Djimmah Jasmine (Washed), India Plantation (Washed), India Cherry (Natural)
Robustas - India Moonsooned (Natural), Cameroon (Washed), Congo HTM (Washed)
The Ristobar offers a dark roast and an intense taste that is second to none. It runs slowly into the cup and forms a crema that is fine-pored and slightly mackerel. It stays on the coffee for a particularly long time and almost doesn't let the sugar sink.
MilleSoli - Premium Espresso
Bag of 250g whole beans
Mixing ratio: 60% Arabica / 40% Robusta
This unique espresso coffee is refined with a very special roasting technique. The so-called TRIROAST process. It gives the MilleSoli Espresso special properties such as less caffeine and less tannin and bitter substances. That makes it very pleasant to drink. Notes of chocolate and nuts dominate the taste.
Step 1
First, the green coffee beans are roasted for 5 minutes. This removes the residual moisture from the beans and gives them a honey-yellow complexion. The beans now smell like fresh mint and dried dates.
Step 2
After a recovery phase in a three-minute 12 ° C air mist bath, the second roasting phase begins. At around 205 ° C, the beans take on a hazel-brown tone and the typical scent of freshly roasted coffee already exudes.
Step 3
After another cooling phase, the last and most important phase begins. Here everything depends on the master roaster. The bean is now given its classic chocolate color and the master roaster now has to decide when the beans are to the point. Only the trained eye and many years of experience of the master roaster determine the optimal degree of roasting for first-class quality.
TRIROAST® gets the best out of the beans because of its long roasting time. MilleSoli is ideal for cappuccino and latte macchiato.
Golden Brasil Coffee - Black
250g whole espresso beans in a can
Mixing ratio: 80% Arabica beans / 20% Robusta beans
Green coffees from the most renowned growing regions are combined into this unique Golden Brasil Black espresso coffee.
A blend of Arabica beans from family-run plantations in Brazil and Central America and Robusta beans from India and Uganda.
With the Golden Black, the master roasters at Golden Brasil create a genuine Italian espresso that is unmistakably full-bodied and classically intense. It delivers a wide range of tastes and aromas and is of the highest quality.
Countries of origin of the green coffee: Costa Rica, Brazil Santos, India Cherry, Colombia, India Parchem, Congo, Panama, Togo, Peru, Uganda
The peculiarities of this coffee
This blend is characterized by its enormous variety of aromas and its classic strong taste. The Golden Brasil Black inspires with four special aromas. In addition to fruity notes, there are also floral aromas, dark chocolate and a hint of bitter almonds.
Immediately with the first sip, a true taste explosion unfolds in the mouth. This is ensured, among other things, by the traditional roasting of the green coffee. These are of course roasted separately, according to the individual roasting profile, in the drum roaster at a medium level. After separate roasting, the coffee varieties are combined into this mixture under the strict eyes of the roasting masters.
The caffeine content of the Golden Black is in the lower half. This makes it perfectly enjoyable at any time of the day.
The Golden Brasil Black has already been awarded a gold medal by the International Institute of Coffee Tasters (IIAC) three times for its outstanding quality (Asia 2017, Italy 2020 and 2021).
