Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, but who is not the carrier, takes or has taken possession of the goods/products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (D&S Espresso International GmbH, Liebigstr. 2-20, 22113 Hamburg, info@espresso-international.com, Tel: +49 40 822 4567 90) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail). For this purpose, you can use the model form provided below, which is not obligatory. To this end, you can use the sample form provided below, which is not compulsory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal/cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the right to cancel before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all related payments we have received, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges resulting from you choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same method of payment for the refund as you did for your transaction unless you deliberately stipulate otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
We will pay for the cost of returning the goods if you use the required carrier/courier return label. If the value of the goods falls below the threshold for free shipping as a result of the return, the shipping costs will be charged subsequently. You will only have to compensate us for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the items which is not deemed necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
For worldwide deliveries, the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection if their label/label has been removed after delivery.
